Would have been a 10 if I had not had to come back for the trim piece. The staff is friendly from the appraiser to the receptionist, the owner and the techs. The shop is conveniently located and the process with my insurance/rental car was a breeze. I would use them again if a need arises because of the friendly environment and the way the owner personally apologized for the mixup with my missing trim piece and then the mixup with my subsequent appointment. He took accountability for it and made it right.

When I picked up I had my infant daughter with me. The tech was so helpful and turned on my car’s ac and opened the windows so she would be comfy in there while he showed me the repairs. He went above and beyond and I really appreciated that!
