Between the 3% credit card fee, 2 week delay and the poor detailing, I am disappointed with my service. I told Paterson I’d write a good review on Google (which I did) to waive the 3% but I am actually really disappointed. Just wanted to hold up my end of the deal. I also won’t publish this survey, just providing candid feedback.

I was disappointed that the light scratches on the side weren’t buffed out like Jeff said they would be as part of the detail. I was so excited about this and it simply didn’t happen.

Was told we could get the very light scratches off the side as part of detailing. This was huge. If this isn’t going to happen, I’d suggest not setting improper expectations.
