It was a great experience. I’d given a 10 if the paint was matched on the entire passenger side.

The work looks great. I do wish the side skirt that touches the door and quarter panel that was replaced would have been blended with the rest of the passenger side of the car. The side skirt was not included and the color is visibly off from the door and quarter. I feel the side skirt and edge of the rear bumper should have been blended as well to ensure a return to pre-accident condition. The repaired area is great. I just wish the blending would have included at minimum the side skirt that touches the door.

Jeff was great and is an incredible asset to your team. His communication, demeanor, and knowledge were impressive. I’d give him a raise and ensure I kept him if I were his manager. He’d be hard to replace.
