No, I was not satisfied with the work it still had a crease in the fender they got the dent out but it had creased along the wheel well and there was flaws in the paint job

This was the second time they painted my truck I still see the crease along the wheel well and there's waves in the upper part of the bedside and there's leftover swirl marks from where they buffed it in the paint. Sorry to be so picky but I was always under the impression that the dealers were the best of the best. That's why I trusted them to make my truck like new again.

Unfortunately, my vehicle was returned with a broken trim piece. This is visible to the naked eye. I feel this should have been noted prior to canceling my rental car. Sadly, I get to take time off work to return it to the dealer for the same repair. I have NO complaints with staff. They have been very helpful through this process, but still frustrating.

Ashley and Norm were great!! When my husband went to pick up my car he saw that one thing wasn’t fixed and he left the vehicle there. They found the issue and fixed it the same day and my husband was able to go back and pick it up! The car was cleaned on the inside too. Awesome service and Ashley and Norm were friendly and helpful!! Thank you it was greatly appreciated!! Would highly recommend and if I ever need to I will be back!!

Amazing experience all around! The car looks brand new inside and out even though they only worked on the outside of the car. Ashley was perfect with communicating updates and ensuring the job was completed with excellence! The piece in front of the hood looks to a little long and the gaps in the hood don’t seem even. Doesn’t look like there is anything the body shop did wrong. It just way the piece is made from GM. Definitely not the same as it was before the accident. But the service I received from the staff was excellent. Thank you for everything. Brent Stiner
