Poor customer service. Body shop “manager” was rude and did not communicate with us very well. It appeared she was upset when we did not use the Muncie car rental she referred to us.

I was extremely pleased with the job that they did on my 2022 C8. When I picked the car up, I actually felt like I was driving a brand new C8 again. I will tell you this that the body shop has gained a super supporter of their business. I can say that if I ever need body work again, the only place I will go is Sam Pierce Body Shop. My car came in as a single color wrecked vehicle. After trying to pick it up on the first try I refused it due to being 3 different colors. The second attempt was also rejected due to several runs. I finally picked it up. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone. The paint is still 2 different colors, tape lines around the glass and door handles. For a $9000 job it’s pretty bad

Gave them the damaged car they ordered parts and took care of everything. No hassles, had car about 2 1/2 weeks to repair. So far no problems. Easy to work with.
