I had work done and the mechanic failed to plug in a connection within the door which caused the locking mechanism not to work when botton was pressed. Cost me $200 to have replaced at dealership not realizing it was San Jose collision which caused the problem. San Jose collision failed to reimburse me. Also another part was not properly reinstalled which they did reinstall on a second trip to San Jose Collision.
