I was informed of every change in status of my repair, with the possible exception of the last day, a Friday, when I did not find out until 4:30 that my car would actually be finished and I basically had 45 minutes to drop off the rental car and get a ride to SJ collision. Otherwise I would have had two more days of rental car, so I rushed and was glad it worked out.
