The staff in the front office were very nice. Front bumper was replaced, painted and ready to be picked up in a day and a half. San Jose Collision did a great job with the replacement of the bumper. I am very happy with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone. I was surprised that they even vacuumed the inside of my car! Thank you!

The staff was very friendly and eventually made all necessary repairs. Some damage that was pointed out at drop-off wasn't repaired until I asked about it the day they called to tell me my vehicle was ready for pickup. Once I finally picked up my vehicle, the rear bumper was curved and the step pad didn't fit correctly and they were fine to release it to me that way. When I stated my concerns they made it right but it shouldn't have required me to point it out.
