I am satisfied with the repair but instead of it taking two days, it was in the shop 10 days. I realize that a part had to be ordered but it seems like communication could have been better upfront since it was known what part was needed prior to scheduling the repair appointment i.e. if you didn’t have the part on the day of appointment, the repair appointment could have been rescheduled. Also, I received a call that the wiper motor was cracked and was asked if I wanted it fixed and I said yes then received a call two days later that the car was ready for pick up and when I went to pick it up discovered that the part had not been ordered and had to wait two more days for the wiper motor repair. This would have been an unnecessary inconvenience if I was dependent on needing the car. San Jose collision has done work on our other cars in the past and I would come back again but it seems communication could be better. Thank you for your efforts.
