This may be a Ford policy not to offer this but It would have been nice to be offered additional services while the truck was in the body shop and paint shop. I had a couple of non related dings and 1 very minor scratch that could have been addressed during the timeframe over the delay for parts. It would have been awesome to get a price separate from the insurance quote on these small items. Thank you
