There is a chip in my paint where you can see the metal where they installed the new side panel. There’s a few scuff marks that didn’t get painted. There’s white speckled stuff sprayed on my back windshield that will not come off and some more white speckled stuff on the other side where they painted. Paint residue that won’t come off. I will be bringing it back to get fixed. I would’ve gladly waited until the 27th to have it done all correctly.

Gerber Collision definitely was very professional, helpful, and mindful at the same time. They kept me informed every step of the way of the repairs. They also went above and beyond in finishing my car a few days earlier in order for me to have my car before the weekend. This prevented me from having to rent another vehicle. I’d like to especially give Ally a special recognition for making this happen. When I spoke to her earlier in the week, she said they’d do their best to meet my needs, and it happened. Her and her manager even stayed after hours to ensure my car was ready to be completed! I don’t have anything negative to say with the whole repair. The only I noted to Ally was that they put on the wrong color emblem on the hood of my car. This is an easy fix, and Ally assured me they get the right color ordered and replaced. Thank you team for your hard work and precision work!!!!
