I am quite satisfied at how my repair was handled. Everyone was true professionals and really enjoyed working with mike who answered all my questions without making me feel hurried or a bother. I was rear ended. Your tech decided that certain things that broke during the accident didn't really happen. I guess I missed the part where he was right there with me in the accident and saw everything from every angle including underneath my truck and inside the transmission and steering components. I am not pleased at all with my repairs and unless something happens I will never take my truck there again and I will make sure am everyone I know does the same.
