Our body shop offers 39 bays for metal/body repair, 16 bays for paint work, and 12 detail bays. We offer a fully enclosed paint prep area and 2 Blowtherm heated downdraft paint booths as well as crossdraft parts cut-in booths. Our facility is also equipped with the Chief E-Z Liner frame machines, electronic probe measurement machines and a Blackhawk floor system. We feature Hunter alignment equipment as well. In addition to our fully equipped body shop, Sanderson Ford has a large, well stocked parts department to insure on-time parts delivery. We are located on a fenced and guard monitored property and have 24 hour security in all areas including storage lots and parking areas. Sanderson offers on-site car rentals provided by Enterprise. Our comprehensive warranties are some of the best in the business. We offer on all repairs: Limited Lifetime Warranty on workmanship for body and metal repair Lifetime Warranty against defects and product failures of the vehicle finish (cond.)

while I realize it was a complicated repair i feel someone should have caught the oil leak from the front cover, it was obvious. when it was finally corrected and I picked it up, my truck was filthy. you had detailed it the first time I got it back but not even a simple wash job for the major inconvenience of having to bring it back to get the oil leak corrected. but thank God everything seems to be fine now.

I will never recommend Sanderson for anything that includes buy a vehicle or repairing a vehicle.

The first time I got the car back, all the panels that were painted did not match the car, the was a bunch of small clips and bolts missing the hold the plastic piece on and the hood was bend and damage from the accident and there was a noise in the left front. Everything was taking care of except the noise in the left front and it still missing clips underneath the car.

It was bad at the being I felt like my rep was just a sales guy trying to convince me that everything was going to be good, it got better after I took the car back, but now that there is still a problem it being put on the insurance company and you guys are acting like it’s not your problem

Had the Escape in for a recall modification. Setting apps was easy, dropped the car and got a prompt ride home then picked up when completed. Can't do much better
