Our body shop offers 39 bays for metal/body repair, 16 bays for paint work, and 12 detail bays. We offer a fully enclosed paint prep area and 2 Blowtherm heated downdraft paint booths as well as crossdraft parts cut-in booths. Our facility is also equipped with the Chief E-Z Liner frame machines, electronic probe measurement machines and a Blackhawk floor system. We feature Hunter alignment equipment as well. In addition to our fully equipped body shop, Sanderson Ford has a large, well stocked parts department to insure on-time parts delivery. We are located on a fenced and guard monitored property and have 24 hour security in all areas including storage lots and parking areas. Sanderson offers on-site car rentals provided by Enterprise. Our comprehensive warranties are some of the best in the business. We offer on all repairs: Limited Lifetime Warranty on workmanship for body and metal repair Lifetime Warranty against defects and product failures of the vehicle finish (cond.)

The service was fast! I was able to retrieve my vehicle within an hour of service being started. Even better, a service provider dropped it off to me while I was having lunch at the Starliner Diner, which was a really considerate gesture!

Vehicle dash wasn't installed correctly 2 loose connections and I was told nothing you would do after receiving 12k from insurance on the repair and I'd have to speak with my insurance on getting it diagnosed by auto electrician and this was left to me to handle. i requested to speak with higher up service manager and never received a call back. Luckily my audio guy was able to trace and insert the 2 connection properly. But my Vehicle which I've had serviced there for past 3 hrs will not be coming back and the fact I was going to possibly trade it in is now off the table.

Went to pick it the first time when they said it was done, did a quick review and found several things that were not done correctly and parts the were falling off. They told me they would take care of of it, a week later came back to pick it up, it was hot outside so I told them I would take it home and look it over in the morning, when I checked it over I found scratches, chips in the paint, misaligned body panels, lettering on the tailgate misplaced up to an inch, going have to bring it back on Monday and leave it again to have all the problems resolved. Getting a little old!

Janice at the front desk was the person I talked to the whole time you had my truck I talked to her when I dropped it off and again when I picked it up. I never received any calls or updates on my repair or how long it might take or anything and you had the truck for 4 weeks the only time I knew anything was going on was when my insurance was sending me copies of updated estimates each time you sent a supplement request in. Was told Ben would be our service person but never talked to him once unless he’s the one who called to say it was ready. Getting a 4 due to Janice was great at helping when we filled out paperwork to drop it off and pick it up other then that it would be a 1

Great Service. Especially when the Hispanic looking girl at service jumped in the car after I had gone and couldn’t find the right building . And she took me there . Now that’s service. The Gentleman in charge was great both time and the Secretary too.
