We have a large repair facility, and can service up to 35 vehicles per week. We have technicians that are certified to repair everything from a minor dent to a major structural repair. We also have the ability to utilize our service departments to handle more issues in house than most repair shops. Were delayed a week in getting the car back bs promised date. When we got car back, the smell of paint was so strong we had a hard time being in the car. Still has lingering odor.

I was debating between using Sandy Sansing and Pete Moore. I choose Sandy because they had a backlog and Pete Moore did not. It kinda gave me the impression that the local public choose Sandy Sansing over Pete Moore. Like I mentioned before, my only concern was that the job be done right, no matter the time or cost. 15 days my truck was there and it looks like they spent about 3-4 days of work on it. And now I have to bring it back? Maybe Sandy Sansing has too many customers and is trying to push them out as fast as they can, the quality suffers?

Only Speaking of customer service, it wasn't bad, it was just yoru tech did a sloppy job of putting my vehicle back together, plus they left my jack and tools laying across my back seat? Why didn't they use their own tools?

The shop did a great job of what they were supposed to do. They fixed my jeep and it looks great! They seemed a bit wasteful with time, but that effected my insurance company more than me. I definitely didn't mind cruising around in a rental. If I need body work done, however, I would definitely go back

Everyone seemed really nice and helpful, but I got the Jeep back more than a week after expected. I understand unexpected delays happen, so it's not a big deal. However, the work I waited the extra week to get done was actually never completed... if I had known this from the begining, I obviously would not have waited. My insurance company ended up paying probably $40 a day for a week for a rental for no reason.

Y'all did a great job
