Final quality inspection would have caught several areas that still need to be addressed. The service representative is being very nice but it is taking additional time on my part to get these items corrected.

I received one phone call while my car was there and that was when it was ready. That is when I found out that they aren't open on weekends. I had to scramble to find a way to get my car before they closed on Friday. That was a little frustrating.
