Working with Caliber was great, and it was definitely something I would do again if I had to for collision repair. They were transparent about everything and every step they made and every change in timeline for my car. The only "bad" thing or "missed" item was simply a 5 second fix of pressing a plastic clip on the underside of the car back up into place, which might've just come loose from vibrations or wind. Either way, wonderful time, loved working with Caliber.

I have two issues with my experience with Caliber Collision. The first is that I dropped off my car on July 1. Apparently it just sat until July 6, when it was sent to another location. The second issue was receiving a text message on July 24 letting me know my vehicle was completed and being sent to the original location. Yet no one from either location contacted me for three days. So at 10:30 on July 27 I called the original location to inquire about my vehicle only to learn my vehicle was not ready and there was an issue. This took another three days to fix.

It appears the repairs to my vehicle were done well. I did not give a perfect 10 for a few reasons. First, my vehicle sat for 5 days. That is 5 days I wasted of my car rental coverage. Second, I was told my vehicle’s repairs were completed, but when I called there was a problem. It took another 7 days until my car was ready. Finally, I filled my vehicle’s gas tank, completely on my way to drop it off. When I finally get my vehicle back I was informed I had a separate fuel charge to fill my vehicle up to complete the calibration for the vehicle.

Repairs look fine however my experience was not great. No one called me to tell me there was a revision to my quote and the windshield wouldn't be done. So I showed up and the windshield was still broken.
