Chris was truly a breath of fresh air! I got our appointment mixed up due to family being in the hospital. Chris made sure we were taken care of and got us in that day. She also made sure that our parts were ordered for our car right away. Originally we thought it might take 2-3 weeks to get our car back but it was done in 7days!
