Everything went smoothly, painting ok, waiting time for the vehicle within the agreed time and day, attentive staff, excellent communication via message and email. I'm just going to highlight one detail so you can pay more attention to the assembly of the vehicle because you will forget to put a bulb in the headlight, and I had trouble doing my annual inspection of the vehicle, other than that, so far everything is fine.

I would rate it a 9 because I had to come back and finish a few more things within the vehicle that could have been addressed prior to me picking my it up but overall they managed to address it and fix it as fast as they could

Look like I got aftermarket parts not GM parts.

I was told that it would take about 2-3 weeks for the repair to be done and also i would be getting all gm parts because my vehicle is 2023 with less than 8k miles, well it look like I received aftermarket parts for my 2023 sierra and took 5 weeks for the repair to be done. Since my vehicle sat for 5 wks, my battery keeps dieing for a few days til I got it charged up at autozone, they never charged the battery before taking delivery. I felt they were only interest in selling the repair to the insurance and not caring the interest of the customer. NOT satisfied with their services and would never recommend the shop to anyone.
