Thank you!! The last 3+weeks, we appreciated the frequent text msgs of the progress. Dropping off and retrieving our suv went smoothly. My SUV (Lexy) Looked Beautiful again. Paint on the back matched perfect too. Dave and other staff we spoke with were always Friendly and Professional. We really appreciated it, as I stated this was my very 1st Car accident and luckily no one was hurt. THANK YOU FOR DOING SUCH A GOOD JOB!! Everything looked good, very nice and professional people. However, I noticed a light on the bottom of my bumper was put in crooked or incorrect so it’s on a slant.

This is the second time I've used. Saugus Autocraft and I am very very happy with the service they provided and the workmanship. Staff is very professional and efficient with keeping in touch with the owner on the progress of the vehicle being fixed. I couldn't be happier with them. I recommend them to anybody and will use them again if needed.
