The team at Saugus Autocraft was professional and courteous throughout this process. After they repaired the accident damage, they accidentally scratched the car in another area unrelated to the accident damage, but they repaired it quickly and professionally. Integrity is the word that best describes their business practices. I appreciate their work and attention to detail.

They left my car almost how it was. I didn’t see a bigger gap on the side light than on the side that had didn’t have an accident. Timing wise I believe they took longer than it should have. At other body shops for a similar repair it would take a week at most but they nearly took two weeks and it makes me afraid how long it would take for a more serious repair. On another note I found a nail stuck on my tire which wasn’t there before the repair. I reached out to them to ask if they maybe had done that by accident and they ignored me so I’d give them a 0 for customer service.
