This isn't my first time visiting Saugus Auto-Craft and every single time I give them a visit the staff is always pleasant and personal! I unfortunately got into an accident last week that left me with a cracked rear-bumper. Dave quickly gave me a run down on how much everything would cost and when I should be expecting to get back my vehicle. The work they did came out wonderful. With my car being over 20,000 miles I was told insurance would want me to use aftermarket parts however, Dave was able to get me the original parts instead! Upon retrieving my vehicle I've noticed they've cleaned my car inside out! If that doesn't scream great customer service i don't know what will!

Amazing! I really like the text updates that I received everyday. It was nice to be aware of the status. When I did call in, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My car was repaired in a speedy two days. Thank you to the entire staff!
