Saugus Auto Craft was fantastic! They were very responsive and quick to contact me for my initial estimate and repairs. They sent frequent (but not too frequent) updates about the repair progress and to advise of when the estimated completion date changed. Everyone I spoke too on the phone or at the shop was friendly and courteous. I would absolutely recommend Saugus Auto Craft to others.
