I am extremely satisfied with my service and the quality was great. The constant updates were awesome. But I had to wait 45 minutes after the rental company dropped me off at 9:10am. The shop was supposed to be open at 9am. Mike was kind enough to help move the process along even though he was the technician on duty covering whom ever was late. He was very apologetic and brought me my car. After driving off, I can see and feel the dirt and dust that was on the dashboard and steering wheel. The worst was after turning on the heat when dirt blew in my face.

I would love to recommend this shop. 1) quick and friendly service and 2) constant updates. But shop needs to clean and wipe dashboard prior to delivery.

Service was extremely quick. Easy drop off and pick up. I would have been very satisfied had I didn't have to wait 45 minutes outside the shop because the business was not opened on time. My car was in great shape after the repair were done. Although, I would have appreciated had they cleaned, wiped the dash board prior to me picking up my car. The only thing that was cleaned inside my car was the dirt that was shaken off of the car mat.
