I cannot say enough good things about Schaefer Auotbody. The friendly and professional customer service and the work they did on my vehicle were outstanding in every way. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle for the preliminary estimate to when I picked it back up once the work was completed was a terrific experience under the circumstances. They gave me an accurate initial estimate, handled the insurance paperwork, assisted with the rental car company, and kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. Once the work was completed, they took the time to not only show me the work that had been done but also explained why it was done. A great and much appreciated job by the entire staff! Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Schaefer Autobody to anyone needing auto body repair and restoration work. Mike W.

Work appears to be great at this point and Bailey and staff were all very nice. Only thing I like to have been done better was a better estimation of completion date. It was extended a couple times. Luckily I had a rental paid for so not a major issue.
