The process was smooth from beginning to end. I appreciate the hard, thoughtful work put into repairing my car. Everyone was friendly and professional and Tyler kept me up to date on my car's progress. I have already recommended Schaefer to a person that was in an accident but lived out of town but unfortunately was unable to wait for the repairs.

Car looks good after bumper replacement / paint. Dissatisfied with some of the communication process. We’d asked for specific things, reminded advisor of it, but I guess message wasn’t relayed well enough to the detailers.

When I dropped off the young lady was super helpful despite me mixing up my drop off date. I came early. Service was professional. The time frame I was quoted was really spot on. I thought it would be longer than quoted. The work looks great. I wish there was more communication throughout the process. I was told what I needed to pay the day before. I’m not sure if my used tired was replaced or not. More communication weekly would be helpful. Other than that service was great
