Very nice, personable, responsive. Car looks great! Only problem was I think they forgot to clean the trunk and backseat of dust. I had to re-vacuum and wipe everything down again.

Car looked great! The body guys and paint team all did a great job getting it apart and back together as well as after driving it drove just like before after the suspension and alignment were done. I really can't compare with other autobody shops because this is my only experience working with one. I could easily imagine worse situations, even though I was displeased by some aspects of my experience in this case.

Could be better. They took steps to correct/fix things that didn't go well once they were pointed out, but it would have been better if things went well in the first place. Better communication, especially two-way texting, would be a huge improvement.
