The work was done well and looks great. Schaefer could change one thing. Not hold the car for 2 weeks while it was still driveable. Estimate, buy parts and then let me return car for work.

The work was well done. The length of time it took was too long. They dont let you have your car back if its still driveable. They can order the body parts and give you car back but they refuse to do so

Work was completed, but the process was sub par. Communication was sub par and basically non communicative. When calling for updates, outside of the actual car tech, the woman we dealt with felt like we were inconveniencing here at every step.

Body work was good, but electronics was not checked carefully requiring me to take the car back. Also, the interior of the car was not cleaned adequately before they delivered the car to me.

The whole process was great! From making the appointment, to check in, to having the car fixed, great professional customer service and communication. I was expecting vehicle to be in shop two weeks and they finished it in one week and it looks great! Try cleaned the inside and outside and now my car looks new. Thank you!
