Tape and gum over car, rough edges on part, texted car was ready. If this is the quality on the outside. How well did they do the whole job. Wasted 3 hours of my time by not having it ready. Then billed the insurance extra for another car rental after it had been returned. Try to tell me car was cleaned when clearly gum was all over it. Terrible service when brought to their attention. Called back on the phone and was ignored for help. Had the rental company pick me up to wait at their store for an hour to reissue a car. I want a refund and my car to be detailed or act like they cared about it at least.

I will steer anyone who asks me. I don’t appreciate when a mistake is made the lack of ownership and keeping me in the dark about the repair.

Called for pickup, returned rental, went to get my car after 3 weeks only to find they never took any adhesive off of the parts and vehicle, or washed where they worked. Schaefer’s fault, then requested the insurance pay for another rental to fix the work they didn’t perform right the first time. This was an oblivious over sight and I wonder if they do all their work so poorly. The AI system that ignores your calls when they don’t want to answer during office hours must be helpful to avoid customers they don’t want to answer to.

My car is not fixed and they did not put it back together right I was very disappointed and I have sent pictures to the insurance company. Also I have scrapes on the black fender that was not there before. I will be happy when my car is back to the way it was before. I will say the office staff was very nice and helpful.
