Michael was AMAZING I can't sing enough praises about him. I appreciate the guys that fixed my car and made it look beautiful again. Great work. Yall rock. Thank you!!! Hunter and the team were amazing. Wonderful lady at reception the rarity of someone being able to carry a conversation is the reason you need to keep your current staff! They were great understanding not only with my repair but with my fiancé's car who was totaled out a few weeks prior. Excellent customer service excellent communication. Excellent leadership. This is why I drive by 3 other Schaffer’s and countless other body shops to come here I know it will get done right, might take a bit longer but I know it’s done and if there was a problem they would fix it. Proven track record second to none in my book.

Michael is the most incredible person. He walked me through every single step of this process and advocated for me with the insurance company responsible for the accident. He is an absolute rockstar! I only chatted him with in the lobby when I dropped my car off for its first repair job for a previous accident, and he alone is the reason I came back to this location.

Michael was phenomenal! I had to put my Toyota Corolla cross in the shop for a little over a week and Michael made sure the entire process was stress free! He was thorough, honest, and detail oriented. Thanks to him, I had absolutely zero issues with any of it. From insurance to the repairs, everything was taken care of. And my car looked flawless when I picked it up. I recommended my parents to him for some serious hydroplane damage the same day i picked my car up. 10/10 service all around. Thanks again Michael!!!
