I would recommend the O’Fallon location to anyone. I would not recommend Webster Grove location.

After having our truck for six weeks the windshield wipers did not work, two lights broken, still waiting on mirror (wrong one sent 3 times), stains on the dash and 3” of dust under the hood. Webster Grove location did the work. Mike at the O’Fallon location said they would fix all problems and detail our TRX.

Robert at Webster Groves was great in sending updates but I waited 2 months for my appt and then after dropping off my car, it sat for over a week with no work being done to it. When I called, they said they were waiting on my insurance which wasn't true since I submitted the paperwork to Schaefer TWICE and had told them several times I already had the insurance check. This caused me to have to pay for a rental car for over 2 weeks.
