When I went to pick up my vehicle, there was a large, scratch on the driver side that was not there when it was dropped off. Andrew agreed to have it repaired at no cost to me.

Jeep was hit by a tow truck in their parking lot. Manager called first thing to let me know but didn’t have details. Asked for pictures of additional damage and had to call back at end of the day to get pictures. In the end it was all taken care of.
