The communication was terrible during the whole time that Schaefer had my car. I always had to call on my own to get updates on a fix that shouldn’t have taken almost 3 weeks. On top of that, you guys left my driver seat and passenger seat extremely dirty. This is highly unacceptable and should not have happened. The fact that Schaefer does not use seat covers at all when being inside a vehicle especially if you guys are going to be dirty about it, is totally not ok. Overall, my whole experience was terrible with you guys.

Underestimate of length of time for the repair was frustrating and costly. I chose to rent a car because I thought it was going to be around 10 days. It ended up being 18 days and costing me over $300 for car rental. If I had known it was going to be that long I would not have rented a car.
