Never once did I receive an update on my vehicles progress. I was told is would take 1 week when it took nearly a month. I called 4 times over that time only to be misguided on the progress and ignored each time when requesting to get updates even when they said i would be call on x date they never did when my car was finally read I was notified 20 minutes before they closed that day. I have never had such a terrible experience with any business when it came to customer service. Not only will I never return but Ill make sure everyone I know does the same.

Yes, a good repair job was done. Did not like the lack of communication. Should have been updated at least once a week since I brought the car in on July 11th and only heard from you once until the car was ready on July 31st.

They did a great job fixing the body of the truck but Tami Harley I feel that she was lying to me because the Truck was brought in onJune 22 and the truck was still not brought in for repairs Until July 2 I could of been using the truck all of this time On July 6 Tami inform me that it well take until the end of the Month before I get my truck back Isai this was unacceptable I told Chris Strout and he told me that the truck be in the body shop first thing in the mourning which it was I received a call Chris on July 17 that everything was completed on my truck and I could pick up On that day Schiller did a great job I was very happy with the job that was done
