My car isn’t as clean as I thought it would have been. The repairs were successful only one minor scratch left behind or not seen. I brought it to Bill’s attention Back seat replaced and all the “stuff “ after recovering the vehicle was gone. The headliner was still filthy and some spots inside the car. Over all. The service was great. I was kept in the conversation about the car and text/phone calls helped reassure me that my car was being repaired to my satisfaction

There’s always room for improvement. But I was kept in the loop about my car. And when I came in I was greeted with a smile and my concerns were brought to the correct person. And thoroughly talked out and I felt like they cared about my feelings when fixing my car.

The work overall was good. My truck looked like it had never been in an accident. I was told it would take about three days. After two weeks I had to hound them to get my truck back. I did not have any communication from them at all during that two week. Period.

I am totally satisfied with service I received from schaller body shop. They were very informative about what was going on with my car at all times. They didn't take long at all with my car knowing I was without a car so they did the job in a timely fashion. I really will recommend them to anyone for service. Everything was looks really good
