The quality of the repair seems fine for the most part. The car was clean when I picked it up. Communication from the shop was good. Customer service was great. The only minor issues noted were upon receiving the car back the windshield was coated in a light overspray that affects the wipers moving across the glass and glare under certain lighting conditions. Also there is an area on the lift gate which has a couple drips of clear coat. Nothing earth shattering, but minor details quickly noticed.

They did an amazing job car felt good as new and even cleaned it up a little inside very much appreciated and grateful for the job they did. Highly recommend!

Was great once I started to get text updates. Chris also went above and beyond to finish my car before EOD Friday so I didn't have to use a rental car for 2 extra days over the weekend.

The car looks great Leah and bill were amazing The only part I was really unhappy about was the other women at the front desk The day I was supposed to pick up my car she told me she had no idea what was going on and to come grab the thing I needed out of it and it may not be done on the target date. Bill Leah and progressives adjuster all said it would. When I came to collect my things bill was under the impression I was there to pick my car up. It caused a lot of un necessary confusion. I was happy to take my car home that day. But that part left with me a bad taste
