Everyone there was super nice and friendly. They took the time to go over my estimate and explained what was needed for my car. I was quoted 2 weeks for it to be completed and I got my car back earlier than expected!!

I didn’t receive an update by email or phone when my car wasn’t gonna be ready on the expected September 4 after all And then I had to rent a car a second time until it was ready I was given the preliminary date that it would be possibly Friday, September 11when I called to ask in the morning, if my car was gonna be readythey said no and extended my rental and then a few hours later, I was notified that it was ready after all I am pleased with how it looks and the service I received in the Customer Service outside of that

I am very satisfied with the repair work done on my 2024 Land Rover Defender. The vehicle drives and looks great. The only problem we had was getting the parts from Land Rover and the dealership to complete the work. Land Rover is generally difficult to deal with especially if they’re not doing the work. I would highly recommend Schaumburg Auto Body. Good people, good work!

The first repair didnt go to well. I could see the damage still from a good 20ft away. The second attempt looked a little bettet but I still see some damage/waviness where the initial damage was.
