Carolina was extremely impatient and rude. I didn't trust her judgement so I asked to speak to the manager and she says over the phone with him “can you speak to this customer and repeat everything I just told her”. Simon the manager came out and I told him I only wanted to work with him but she persisted in trying to help me. There was a little bit of arguing as she said “you were rude to me first”. I appreciate the help from Simon.
