I’ve had good luck with them in the past my car seems to be running great but I’m just waiting to see if I if something comes up over the next couple of weeks because there was a lot of damage with very little visual damage

I did a key drop the night that we brought the car over. Didn’t hear anything from anyone there until it was time to pick the car up. It was a very simple 250 deductible they were no masks inside I wore a mask I paid and I left that was All the customer service I received! It wasn’t bad it wasn’t great that’s why I gave it a five

Not sure if the job done on my car was supposed to be how it was itemized on the quote. I just noticed the next day that there's a little dot about half of a penny on the area that the repaor was done.

Only issue was not fixing damage along with the re key and paint fix, had to leave it there extra time, had assumed they would have asked if they weren't sure so was surprised when I first went to pick it up they hadn't fixed!
