I was told a date that my car was going to be ready on Friday 7/31, i was told this 7/24. I called on 7/31 and was told their was a hold due to the insurance. I confirmed with insurance they had no idea about this hold. To then being told my car was being put hold because someone was out of the office. It's seems as though their was confusion on mutplie parties. Just would have been nice to to be told before i reached out. Feels like if i never reached out my car may still be their because it got put aside because their was someone out of the office.

Michael S in the service center department discovered the break-in attempt on my car by examining the keyhole, which really saved my car and enabled me to have the damage caused by the break-in attempt (broken key cylinder, dead battery and damaged alternator) covered by my Allstate policy under victimization and repaired in the collision department.

I took my damaged Toyota Camry to Scott Robinson's Collision Center in Torrance off Crenshaw next to Wilson Park. The staff, customer service, and repair work at this shop is exceptional! Everyone that I dealt with was friendly, professional, and helpful. Kathy Carvajal was assigned to my work order, and she was terrific. Kathy kept me updated by sending me text messages throughout the entire repair process. My vehicle was repaired timely and the repair work was outstanding! The smaller dents were filled and unnoticeable, the spacing/gap between the body parts was perfect, and the new paint matched my old faded paint perfectly. They also offered me a warranty on their paint services. It was a relief to find a repair shop that provided high quality service at a fair price. If you are looking for an honest and trustworthy team to repair your vehicle, then Scott Robinson's Collision Center in Torrance is the place to go.
