Scott's Auto Body and Collision, Inc is has been in business since October 1989. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs on a timely basis. We provide a high level of customer communication through out the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners. We strive for 100% Excellence and try to make your time without your vehicle as painless as possible. JUST ADDED: 1234YF REFRIGERANT AC MACHINE After searching locally for a shop that offered this service to no avail, we decided to purchase one of our own. The few shops that did have it either didn't know how to use it or they didn't want to. By the year 2020, the standard refrigerant will be phased out, and as new cars are being produced, manufacturers are now using 1234yf. We are not only able to accommodate our customer's whose collision repairs require this, but we can now offer this service to our local customers in need.

Would recommend to anyone. Only reason it’s not a 10 is there was a hiccup, but Scott personally took care of it and that will be resolved soon. Thankful they changed some of the staff.

I am totally satisfied with work Scott's auto body did on my work van. I just wish it could have not taken so long. I do know this was because of sercumstans beyond your control. That's for working things out.

Very poor communication on the status of my car/repairs no return calls. I would be told I’d get a call back within a certain period of time and never would. The only way I’d learn that my repair was taking longer was I would get an extension notice from my rental car.

We have always went to Scott’s for service and repairs on our vehicles. They always do an excellent job. This particular repair, involving body work on a Tesla, was longer than anticipated primarily due to sourcing issues with Tesla-specific parts. But as usual the work was top notch.
