We provide a high level of customer communication through out the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners. We strive for 100% Excellence and try to make your time without your vehicle as painless as possible. JUST ADDED: 1234YF REFRIGERANT AC MACHINE After searching locally for a shop that offered this service to no avail, we decided to purchase one of our own. The few shops that did have it either didn't know how to use it or they didn't want to. By the year 2020, the standard refrigerant will be phased out, and as new cars are being produced, manufacturers are now using 1234yf. We are not only able to accommodate our customer's whose collision repairs require this, but we can now offer this service to our local customers in need.

You gave me an estimate on a front bumper then proceeded to order front bumper for rear bumper damage delaying the job for a week. I called in twice during your production meeting and was told I’d receive a call back and no one called me back with update so I had to call in again. An estimated 3 day job turned into 2 weeks and 1 days so a little upset since I had to pay additional for a rental car.

Only issue I had was I wish I was told you closed at 4 on Friday. Sign on door yes. Not the best of signs. I talked to someone on Friday. They could have reminded me to pick my car up by 4. I was there at 4:10. Closed. Had to leave my car till Monday. An inconvenience I could have done without. Repair on car was fantastic. Thank you. I would highly recommend your service.
