From the time I walked in the doors on 7/27/2026. I have had the best experience. The receptionists was cheerful, friendly, welcoming ans very professional. I appreciate meeting the techs and appreciate them vacuuming my car. I'm also well pleased with the repairs to my vehicle. I will definitely recommend SRD to my family and friends.

I am overall satisfied with the experience with SRD. From thw moment I walked in the doors on 7/27 I was greeted with a warm welcome from the receptionist. When I picked my vehicle up, I was very impressed not only with the work that was done, but also for the techs who took the time to show me what was done and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. The young lady that waited on me was rude. My car was absolutely filthy with dust from repairs. My power steering light is on and the passenger mirror case is broken, door handle on driver’s side front is badly damaged and so is my steering wheel. I will be taking it back to SDR.
