The damage physically was repaired perfectly however when picking up my car the guy made sure he mentioned a light was “still on” that was never on in the first place. 2 lights to be exact on the dash board that was not on when I drove it in 2 days after my accident. I feel like that was mentioned because they know it wasn’t on when they received the car. And when I told them this immediately he said “we couldn’t see how the damage would cause that light to come on but I’ll reach out to your insurance and get back to you” never heard from them again but I keep getting this survey in my email so here we are, as well as during the repair the time took longer because while repairing the accident damage they cause more damage and had to repair that as well. But if you look at the outside of the car, it’s great. I guess that’s all that matters right?

Repairs were not done and I was told they were snd wasted time from work coming there for nothing. Damage was done to my vehicle while in shops possession and mgr refused liability. I got 3 blocks from the shop and vehicle “repairs” malfunctioned so I have to be inconvenienced YET AGAIN an bring truck back to your shop after the Lanor Day Holiday. I am VERY DISSATISFIED!! However, Hannah was a bright spot in it all. She was very pleasant, helpful and courteous through this trying experience. Kudos to Hannah at the front desk !!

I have a broken leg/ankle so time wasn’t of the essence. However, after a couple of weeks. we called several days ahead of when we really did need it for my transportation and it didn’t make it. If needed we would use you again! Everyone very cordial etc but we’d have to work within a specific time range for it to be complete.

My door don't lock on the passenger side that they supposed to have fixed. My automatic truck does not open. So I'm very disappointed

Great communication, fantastic quality of the repair done, lead time promised met on time. Just one small downside is that the stripes didn't arrive on time however we'll reschedule an appointment for installation once they arrive
