Very professional and courteous staff. The office decor is tastefully decorated. I will always refer family and friends whenever the need arises. Finally, I appreciated being informed when there was a delay due to unexpected additional damages when the car was dismantled.

Although I did respond earlier, I would like to reiterate how pleased I was with the service that I received from SDR. The staff was above average in their professionalism and courtesy. I was particularly appreciative of the way that I was timely informed throughout the process of the repairs. And last but not least, I was pleasantly surprised by cleaning details that were done to my car. It almost felt like a brand new car. Many thanks to the entire SDR Owings Mills staff.

I understand the problem in parts being unavailable, however, in the beginning of this almost 3 month project, I was being apprised of the progress. As the weeks went by, the communication became sadly lacking. Today, I had to make a return visit for two items that required some attention. This is the third or perhaps fourth time I have utilized your service…I was just a little disappointed.

I was informed that my car was ready for pick up however when I got to STR and examined my car they were dents and scratches on the bumper. My car was also unwashed. I’m extremely disappointed in the service that i’ve received thus far.
