I would inform them to follow up. Within 24 to 48hrs and get detailed clarification on what Repairs are being addressed

From what I can visible see the repairs are good. Although I can't see behind the bumper etc. Also No communication phone call or otherwise. I reached out to my insurance company and they did a three way call for me to get an update and they had already started repairs before sending a quote.

When I picked up my car, it looked fantastic- couldn't even tell it had been in an accident. But there were a couple of things still wrong- the backup sensors weren't working and the trunk latch was out of place, which caused it to sometimes not close. I called and they were so professional and efficient. Brought it back at a time convenient for me and they fixed it right away with barely a wait. I really appreciate their attention to detail and willingness to get it right.

1. My car started making a strange noise after the repair. 2. They told me they were going to change the hubcap and that they had ordered it but it hasn't arrived yet. I got my car back but I don't know when they will contact me for the hubcap.
