car was with you guys for 6 weeks for a 2 week repair. Went from frequent updates to almost no updates. I expected my car to be ready several times in the course of the 6 weeks based on expected completion dates shared by your team. I had to call throughout the process to confirm that my car wouldn't actually be ready on the previous commit date.

I chose SDR based on the reviews and they absolutely lived up to what everyone has said! I am very particular about my vehicles and keep them in the best condition possible. So when I have to relinquish it to someone else, it is a very uncomfortable feeling. Gatlin was amazing! He eased my mind by going out of his way to go over every detail with me. His professionalism and the professionalism of the shop were also instrumental in easing my mind. They are a very well run operation through the process of intake to completion. The shop is a beautiful, clean, high tech looking environment with comfortable customer spaces for waiting. Every customer I observed when I was there seemed very happy. If you are looking for a place you can rely on and be able to relax knowing your vehicle is in good hands, you have found it in SDR!
