I was truly appreciative with all of the services that I received. Everyone that I spoke to was very professional and they kept me very happy. Brian kept me updated throughout the whole entire process. For that I am very grateful. I would definitely recommend your services to anyone that I know that may need them. I was so satisfied with the service that when I’m ready to get the back end of my truck fixed. I will not let anyone fix it but SDR.

Quality control is an issue. I received car and the panels do not line up, fitment is poor. Also a front end vibration from the accident was not addressed either. Will call in morning to schedule repairs for corrections.

A 3 day repair turned into an 11 day repair and SDR provided absolutely no updates to me the entire time unless I called. Poor customer service. Unacceptable and I will NEVER have any vehicle serviced here again or refer anyone.
