Intake and out take were easy. The updates were timely for the most part. The personnel were pleasant. The time seemed to be on the longer side based on speaking with the gentleman who made it seem like this was such a small, quick job. There was a little residue still on the repaired area which initially looked like scratches. Other than that, it was a really easy and good experience.

Great process from start to finish, really appreciate the excellent customer service from everyone, especially the people at the front desk. Didn’t give a 10 because they did forget to fix the ac at first, but when I brought that to their attention, it was promptly and correctly repaired.
