I had an absolutely wonderful experience. From being greeted by the ladies at the front desk to speaking with James and Jim. I appreciate and thank every last person I encountered at SDR. There was a problem with the functioning of the driver’s-side window, but it seems to have resolved itself. Chuck was amazing- very helpful and easy to work with. The front desk people were warm, courteous, and efficient.
